Natalie started her career in care in 2011, after spending six months caring for her grandad. Having worked in a hospital specialising in learning disabilities, Natalie joined the Aldanat team in 2016, where she quickly rose through the ranks to become a registered manager.
Natalie enjoys working at Aldanat because she likes being part of a supportive team, as well as being offered opportunities to learn and progress. In her spare time, Natalie loves spending time with family, including her partner and two dogs George and Bentley.
