Kym has worked in care for 21 years. Having previously worked in palliative care, dementia care and residential care, Kym joined the Aldanat team as a support worker in 2013, before quickly progressing to service manager.
Kym describes her role at Aldanat as “the most rewarding job I’ve ever done” and says that the people she supports make her smile every single day. If she was stranded on a desert island she would take her family (for company) Costa Coffee (to keep her happy) and music (music always makes things better!)
