Karen has over 18 years experience in working in both residential and the majority in managing supportive supportive living services for people with complex needs. Karen came over to Aldanat Care in 2012 initially as a service manager and has progressed to Director of Learning Disability Services. Karen oversees the running of all Services. Karen has an interest in behaviour and vast knowledge around managing behaviours that challenge in a positive way. Karen supports all Service Managers. She aims to apply to Tizard University in Kent later this year to study Positive Behaviour Support.
