Jan has worked in care since 2014, both as an office manager and a Registered/Regional Manager of a domiciliary care company, before joining Aldanat in 2019. Jan enjoys her role because it gives her the opportunity to meet new people and build relationships, and prides herself on making a difference by finding people with the values and approach required to provide great care. In her spare time, Jan enjoys different handicrafts, gardening, holidays, and spending time with her children.
