Dean has worked in care since 2011 and joined the Aldanat team in 2020. As a trainer, Dean loves to see people who are new to care develop through their training courses and takes pride in supporting people to progress in their roles. When not at work, Dean likes to keep fit, is a semi-professional football referee, and loves to spend time with his kids and granddaughter.
