The PBS team supports services to implement the PBS plan and evidence progression. All support and management staff receive on-going Positive Behaviour Support training which includes communication development, active support, negative and positive reinforcement, this training ensures they are fully equipped that PBS is fully promoted within the service. We are passionate about delivering the best care and support with the least restrictions and highest levels of respect.
